Case Study: Web Form Factory
Web Form Factory is a web service which automatically binds html forms to a database. WFF is another open source project built “on top” of POG using the POG SOAP API. WFF analyzes any html file provided and detects all the html inputs present on the form. It then uses the POG SOAP API to generate a PHP object with attributes that match the html inputs.
WFF then does some plumbing and returns a zip file containing both the form and PHP backend code to the user… and all this within seconds!
So feel free to take a look at the Web Form Factory project, and download the source code for an example of a real-life application built on top of POG!
